Our brief was to conceptualise a Regional-Seas and Pan-European multi-stakeholder forum, to inform and deploy a Strategic Research Agenda for ocean and human health. We worked closely with UNESCO and the Euro-Mediterranean Centre on Climate Change to understand the key stakeholders involved, including coastal residents, commercial and environmental operators, and the scientific community. Stakeholder concerns were many, but focused on human health, marine hazards, impact on tourism and industry, and environmental contaminants.

Applying ZW Narrative Resilience Technology, we devised a zonal narrative app designed to challenge, inform and educate stakeholders around ocean-human-health, allowing them to see where they and other stakeholders fit into the bigger picture.
